I am writing to you to let you know how appreciative my wife and I are with your help in the short sale of our property in Steamboat Springs. As you know, the value of the property dropped to the point where keeping up the payments was simply no longer prudent. Your skillful handling of our situation culminated in a short sale that was approved by the bank in a reasonable amount of time. You took ownership of the process which was invaluable to us since we had no idea how to navigate the short sale process. It quickly became obvious that it is important to have an agent that understands this process if you want to be successful in getting bank approval in a timeframe that keeps the buyer engaged and in contact. We had multiple lawyers tell us that a short sale was simply not possible based on our situation. Luckily, we put our trust in you instead of listening to the lawyers who were recommending that we simply wait for the bank to foreclose. Our credit score will now recover in a few years instead of the seven years that would have resulted had we gone through the foreclosure process. I wish to extend my gratitude to you for all of your efforts in my behalf.  Jerry's call today confirming the final step was received with "a powerful sense of completion." I know full well how hard Andy and his staff had to work to accomplish this task.  However, it is with great appreciation that I thank you for your efforts in my behalf.  At my tender age, this final act brings me to the awareness that I can truly move on with my life without the onerous worry of the property in Littleton.  As I told Jerry, I am very happy here and finding myself enjoying the Montana lifestyle.

Thank you so kindly for your help and concern for my personal welfare.  I can tell that I am in the right place based on the condition of my health.  I am thankful that I took this action before my health got more compromised.

I have an investor client who purchased several homes in the boom here in Denver, CO. With the massive market decline, my client found himself losing several investment properties. Realty Oasis negotiated with the bank at a price which made sense for them and our buyer. Ypu people are professional, and walked me through the process from collection of the necessary paperwork, assistance with proper pricing, and ultimately the close. The end result is my client avoided foreclosure, the bank got their money and I was paid my commission.

I wanted to send a sincere "Thank You" to your team of professionals ... for helping me and my husband with the short sale of our home.

In 2006 my husband and I purchased a home with an 80/20 loan that had an outrageous rate, we were told by our loan officer that "If you can sacrifice making good payments for 1 year you can refinance for a lower rate". That was the hook for us...only to find out that a year later NO ONE would refinance us because we were upside down. The beautiful house we fell in love with was appraising much lower than what we owed.
